Communicator of Achievement (COA) is the highest honor NDPC can bestow upon one of its members. The award is presented annually to a member of NDPC and NFPW, our national organization, who has distinguished him or herself within and beyond his or her profession.

NDPC’s 2023 honoree will advance to NFPW's national competition, where COA judging is based on professional achievement, community service, and service to NFPW and NDPC.

The deadline to submit nominations for NDPC's 2023 COA award is Feb. 17, 2023. Nominations should be submitted to Sarah Mudder. If you have questions, you are welcome to email her or call 701-391-7630.

Nominations need not be lengthy or detailed but should be persuasive and address the award criteria identified above. Note that nominees must be NFPW members. If you are not certain your nominee is a national member, you can ask Sarah or check with the individual you plan to nominate.
