We are excited to hear from Marty Doll and Raquel Strand with AE2S as they provide an overview of the strategic planning and development process behind North Dakota's CO₂ capture, utilization, and storage Education and Outreach project. The initiative, funded by the North Dakota Industrial Commission in early 2024, aimed to deliver accurate, accessible information to a wide range of stakeholders, including residents, landowners, policymakers, and emergency professionals. This session will explore the project’s approach to addressing key issues such as safety, economic benefits, and the importance of ongoing research in the CO₂ industry. Attendees will learn how the project’s educational materials were crafted to simplify complex and controversial topics, fostering informed dialogue among the state’s diverse audiences.
