Victor Meza is the marketing manager for the Northern Plains UAS Test Site, one of only seven FAA-designated test sites in the nation. He plays a key role in advancing drone research and shaping national UAS policies.
A graduate of the University of North Dakota with a degree in Communications, Victor has built a diverse career spanning over 15 years. He has worked as a general reporter for WDAZ-TV, gaining firsthand experience in storytelling and media relations. He later transitioned into sales, honing his ability to connect with audiences, before serving as the director of development and marketing for Special Olympics North Dakota, where he championed meaningful community engagement and fundraising efforts.
