The Prairie Communicators will host Steve Andrist for an introduction to the North Dakota News Cooperative. 

Andrist, a third-generation North Dakota weekly newspaper publisher and former executive director of the North Dakota Newspaper Association, is in on the ground floor of a new non-profit journalism organization. 

The main function of the cooperative is to provide original content of statewide significance for use — at no cost — by newspapers and other media outlets in the state.

Hosted by the Prairie Communicators, this face-to-face meeting is open to local-only (Bismarck-area) members and guests. Pre-registration is required and capacity is limited to 15.
