2019 Communicator of Achievement Sadie Rudolph

Sadie Rudolph, public relations manager and strategist at Flint Group, Fargo, has been selected Sadie Rudolphas the 2019 Communicator of

Achievement by the North Dakota Professional Communicators. The group honored Rudolph at its annual spring conference in March in Bismarck.

Rudolph is a long-time member of the communication community in North Dakota. She started her career as a staff writer at North Dakota State University, which quickly expanded into the world of public relations. Dedicated to helping each organization or client build and maintain a positive image, she has extensive experience in content/storytelling, crisis communications, media relations, event coordination and integrated communications planning.

Rudolph has served as a communications specialist at Eide Bailly, a media relations specialist at Flint Group, and a media relations coordinator and spokesperson back at NDSU. She recently rejoined Flint Group to lead the public relations department. She also enjoys volunteering her public relations skills to help organizations like The Arts Partnership and Special Olympics North Dakota.

A genuine people person, Rudolph deeply values her strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, colleagues and media. She’s especially adept at understanding client or media needs and how to achieve both sets of goals. Most of all, Rudolph is committed to finding the most efficient ways for her clients to position themselves as the best in their own industries.
